I am on the go ALL of the time. Start work early in the morning and hang out with friends at night, I’ve gotten progressively more and more tired as the years have gone by. I don’t even go out sometimes because I’m so tired. I live in rio de janeiro and if anyone wants proove in this, they should come here and try one for yourself, after youve taken one its like all the tiredness of the day wares off, and you feel new again, plus its one of the most delicious meals on the planet. I feel lucky to have access to it, I hope one day the world will have a açai way of life.

you are right, but the amount of anthocyanins in an Acai berry is 10x as much as a blueberry…and anthocyanins only make up about a tenth of the antioxidants in an acai berry.
