Acai Berry Maxx – How many capsules per day?
Posted by: | CommentsI just bought a bottle of the Acai Berry Maxx
From the Free Trial
It has 60 capsules. 600mg
How many should i take everyday for it to come into effect???
Like with some colon cleansers, it says that I should take 4-6 capsules everyday for it to come into effect.
The Acai Berry pill isn’t so specific about that. It says “1 capsule per day” on one side, and “2 capsules per day” on the other side.
How many should you take everyday for it to actually come into effect?

Where can you purchase the acai berry supplements or juice?
Posted by: | CommentsI’ve been reading about the acai berry and I am skeptical about purchasing any of the free trial stuff online. I want to know if anyone knows if there is a health food store (i.e. GNC, Vitamin Shoppe…etc) that might sell it.
Like i ask ” how can i lose weight” bla bla, and everytime i do i get these long commercial like answers about acai berry and colon cleanser and where to get a free trial!!! And Iooked at one persons page, and all the questions that they answered were about it! Are they selling it, are they bussiness people for it, or do they just get paid for talking about it??
Is Acai Berry a Scam?
Posted by: | CommentsIs acai berry a scam? An interesting question and searching the internet reveals lots of answers, which none surprisingly often contradict each other. I feel that people use the word “scam” wrong, and in misleading ways to fit their own purposes in a way it’s similar to the word “love” that means different things to different people. That’s why I thought I’ll write this article and address the subject of whether or not acai berry is a scam.
Acai berries are very nutritious, and contain many great elements such as omega fats, vitamins and minerals as well as being a powerful antioxidant. The berries are also rich in fiber. All in all it’s a very good food, in fact dr. Perricone named it the worlds perfect food. So this part is totally legit, acai berries are an excellent food.
So what are all these complains about? The complaints come from two sources, some come from the fact that the weight loss products based on acai didn’t help them to lose weight. However like with all weight loss products, they help some people to lose weight and not others. Without knowing one’s diet and exercise it’s impossible to say if the product is at fault or if the expectation for the product were too high (ie. burn all your fat while you sit on a couch and eat donuts)
Most of the complaints though come from the business model many companies selling acai products use. Most of the companies that offer capsules have a free trial – you pay for shipping and handling. However like all free trials they actually sign you up for automatic shipments where you’ll be billed every month. Now those terms are all spelled out in the “terms and conditions” of a website you order free trial from, and usually also displayed on a page where you enter your credit card information.
Yet some people fail to read those terms and are then shocked when they get billed. A lot of those people start calling acai berry a scam, but is it really a scam if you are told that you’ll be charged unless you cancel, and then when you fail to cancel you are billed? That’s up to you to decide, but I don’t think it is. There are some acai berry scams going around, but the billing model isn’t it.
