Acai Berry Celebrity Scams Are Real
Posted by: | CommentsIf you are anything like I was when I first started researching acai several years ago, you are probably greatly influenced the celebrity endorsements you read and see everywhere online, right? It’s true…like just about nothing else in recent memory, acai berry has become the belle of the ball, which famous, household names seemingly lining up to endorse every product you see anywhere online.
But is it true……or is the whole Acai Berry celebrity promotion one big scam?
It’s a good question, and a little bit of both! Here is why:
Acai Berry is in fact being endorsed as an amazing super food by lots of the top celebrity names in health, nutrition and wellness. Athletes such as superstar surfer Kelly Slater, to uber talk show hosts Oprah and Rachael Ray, to world renowned physicians like Nicholas Perricone have all enthusiastically recommended Acai.
But…where the scam kicks in is here: None of the endorsements you’ve seen on Oprah, for example, have been for a specific product, or make, or distributor of Acai Berry…JUST for the amazing benefits of the fruit in general. So when you see a company saying – “as seen on this TV show, or that”, they are sort of trying to imply that their brand has been recommended, when in fact, it was just acai berry in general that’s gotten the celebrity thumbs up! Sneaky, not completely honest…and to perfectly frank with you, I wouldn’t purchase Acai from anyone who engaged in this style marketing anyway!
Bonus Tip: Beware of the Acai Berry Scams! Unfortunately, many of the acai berry products on the market are scams, being sold by unscrupulous companies with one hand in your pocket, rather than out to help you heal. My best advice? If you really want to experience the amazing benefits of the berry, make sure you ONLY buy
authentic acai berry juice or extract.

Is Acai Berry A Rip Off?
Posted by: | CommentsIf you are anything like I used to be when I first started looking online at Acai Berry products (more than 2 years ago when Mona Vie first started showing up on Prime time News) you are probably equally as worried about getting ripped off, as you are about getting the amazing benefits of the berry, right?
It’s true….and while there are some scams out there to be cautious of like ALL industries, the benefits I believe I’ve seen with my own two eyes on an Acai Berry diet are phenomenal to say the least.
Here are the signs you need to beware of when shopping for Acai Berry products. (and you’ll instantly know whether to stay away immediately)
Insist on a Clear Return Policy
If they have a nebulous, or ambiguous return policy, you need to stay away. Terms should be clearly marked and identified before you buy, and in writing on the website. I prefer to ALWAYS start with a free trial (and recommend you do too) but, you need to make sure you understand the return policy here as well, lest you end up with more product down the road than you really want.
Insist on Genuine Acai Product
No, not coloring. And no, not just in name. My rule of thumb? At least 200 Mg of genuine acai extract in each serving, simply because this has been the amount people smarter than me have said is right. (the product I prefer actually has more) Don’t allow yourself to be fooled by imitators, all of this should be clearly marked on the bottle, packaging or web site promotional materials first.
If it’s not, it’s a surefire sign to simply stay away and go elsewhere instead!

Important Details You Must Not Miss On The Acai Berry
Posted by: | CommentsDid you know that almost 90% of people who go on ordinary diets will NOT lose weight long term? It’s true, and as many of you know, it’s not YOU who has the problem, it’s often the diet you’ve trusted to help you that’s fatally flawed instead.
So you are ready to try an acai berry diet, right? You’ve heard the buzz, you’ve seen the stories and you’ve watched the amazing testimonials given by celebrities and ordinary people alike. Here are a few very important details you must not miss if you want to have success.
Never Settle for Impostor Acai Berry Products
They are out there, and they will do you NO good at all. Purple color does not mean genuine, authentic acai either. Read the label and do your due diligence instead.
Never Buy Acai “Fruit” Directly in a Bucket, Bundle or Bunch
You aren’t going to get the real thing, unless you are living in Brazil ( or close to the Amazon rain forest). Acai fruit is harvested only twice per year, and has a life span of approximately 24 hours before it perishes. Any offer that tells you otherwise is a scam
Drink Lots and Lots of Fluids, Too!
I prefer to drink tons of water on an Acai diet, and find it helps me “clear” toxins faster, feel lighter and more clear headed, and essentially allows me to capitalize on all of the tremendous cleansing benefits of acai berry without clogging up my body with all kinds of other junk while I’m juicing! I recommend you do the same thing if you want my style results – which if you haven’t noticed, are phenomenal for sure!
And Remember – if you HAVEN’T been able to lose weight before…it’s NOT your fault! Knowledge is POWER, and the most important step on the path to a firm, fit & beautiful body is information, EDUCATION and empowerment!

Real Acai Berry Research
Posted by: | CommentsIn this article we are going to discuss real, genuine and authentic acai berry research. Why? Because there is an absolute avalanche of myth, misinformation and outright misrepresentation on BOTH sides of the garden fence when it comes to the benefits of this amazing fruit. Let’s take a trip together and look at some real truth about acai fruit below.
Acai Berry and Cancer Research:
In a lab setting, at the University of Florida in 2006, and published in the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry Acai Berry compounds were shown to trigger a “self-destruct” mechanism in up to 86% of leukemia cells subjected to the extract in a test tube environment. (Depending on the concentration, over 24 hours, anywhere from 30-86% of the cells self destructed) Does this mean that Acai cures cancer? Of course not!
Do we know how effective that same experiments would have been in a human body instead? No, we don’t! But does it show great promise, enthusiasm and encouragement for future ( and currently ongoing) studies? You better believe it does!
Acai Berry and Antioxidant Research
Yes, acai fruit is off the charts in many anti-oxidant and free radical fighting categories. Some say it has 10-30 TIMES the power of red wine, pomegranate juice, dark cherries, kale and other known super foods. But it also have 50-70 yet undiscovered compounds which many researchers also believe are part and parcel of it’s immense antioxidant power.
Will you never get sick again after having a glass of Acai berry juice? Absolutely not! But do we know more and more about the value of natures indigenous antioxidants in our daily diets each and every day? You better believe we do! ( and the more…the merrier!)
Bonus Tip: Beware of the Acai Berry Scams! Unfortunately, many of the acai berry products on the market are scams, being sold by unscrupulous companies with one hand in your pocket, rather than out to help you heal. My best advice?
