Is it Bad to take vitex and acai berry together?

I am currently taking 500mg (1 capsule) of Vitex every night for PCOS. But I would like to start taking acai berry (Garden Greens™ AçaíBlast™ Acai Berry Formula ) from GNC to loose a little bit of weight. Is it bad to mix these two herbs? I’ve heard that certain herbs should not be mixed. Only serious answers please.

Not really sure what I would recommend to you specifically. Its difficult to pick so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out a few different trials and seeing the results.This is a good website at visit and see if it interests you, I did.

Those 2 supplements serve different purposes and shouldn’t have a negative affect together.
